Toast Sourdough Bakery started in 2023 when our little family made the big shift from the mainland with the idea of slowing down and breathing in deeply.

We are passionate about baking bread and after years of baking for our own table, we have decided to bake for, and connect with our local community.

Our ingredients

We pride ourselves on using authentic, nutrient dense and responsibly grown artisan ingredients made by people who are passionate about what they do.

We work with local Australian farmers to source all of the grains, fruit, and salt that go into our bread.

Our flour is made using certified organic grain, grown without the use of chemicals, fertilisers or pesticides and is GMO free.
